Kelly Clarkson: Weight Loss Tip…”Eat a Plant”

Well not quite, but Kelly Clarkson says her 37-pound weight loss is thanks to following the book The Plant Paradox, by Dr. Steven R. Gundry, which cuts out most starches, from brown rice to potatoes; vegetables that are thought to cause inflammation and has other restrictions. The newest coach on The Voice also said that she has a thyroid condition that she’s been treating and has helped with her weight loss too.
