The legendary Adele has dropped weight, but nobody knows exactly how much and speculation is that she’s on the Sirtfood Diet, which has become popular in the United Kingdom. The Sirtfood Diet focuses on certain foods that activate sirtuin, a type of protein that may help with anti-aging. Adele hasn’t admitted to this, although she has admitted to kicking some bad habits, including smoking and drinking a bottle of wine a day. “I was trying to get some stamina for my tour,” she told Vogue. “So I lost a bit of weight.”
