Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:

3. Combine the Wet Ingredients:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the water, butter, vegetable oil, and 1/4 cup of peanut butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
4. Add to Dry Ingredients:
- Pour the hot liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
5. Mix in Eggs and Buttermilk:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla extract. Add this mixture to the batter and stir until smooth.
